Menu Plan {7.15-21}

We are keeping things cool and simple here during a hot and busy summer week with some salad meals, melons, and berries. Our garden is flourishing, so I have been tossing in various greens into most of our meals.

Thu 7/19 Porridge, Eggs Hummus Platter, Watermelon Chef Salad, Bread
Fri 7/20 Omelets, Toast Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Watermelon Taco Salad, Brown Rice
Sat 7/21 Leftover Brown Rice with Fruit & Nuts, Milk Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges Spring Rolls, Millet, Melon
