Menu Plan {8.5-11}

Fruit salad

We’re at the height of summer right now, and fresh garden produce is picked and waiting in my kitchen almost every day. Peas, zucchini, cabbage, lettuce, and chard have been prolific this year. My soon-to-be 3-year-old keeps puttering into the carrot patch, though, to discover what’s hiding underground, so it’s a bit of a “mini harvest” this year.

Thu 8/9 Omelets, Toast Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Watermelon Salad Stir Fry Beef & Broccoli, Brown Rice
Sat 8/11 Porridge, Eggs, Berries Hummus Platter, Watermelon Stuffed Sweet Potatoes, Chard
