We are having a simple and restful Easter dinner this year as a family. Sunny spring weather arrived this weekend, and we found a bit of kale and cabbage poking up in the garden. My 6-year-old loved cooking up her own supper last week by sautéing up the garden greens along with an egg from the backyard chickens!
