I noticed you’ve got sandwiches on your menu plan. Do you have a gluten-free sandwich bread recipe that you like? I’m eliminating gluten to see if it helps with my migraines and fertility issues. I’m not a fan of xantham gum and other additives that are used in a lot of gluten-free recipes. I work at a gluten-free bakery that doesn’t use xantham gum, so I currently have an option if I want to buy some sandwich bread. But I’m getting ready to move across the country and would love to be able to make my bread at home. Thanks!

We use a few different options. You can read about what we do for sandwiches here: http://frugalgranola.com/2011/02/gluten-free-bread-resources/ (Often, we don’t use bread at all.)
    Thanks! :)
