This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions about this blog, please contact Michele at frugalgranola (At) gmail (Dot) com.
This blog accepts forms of compensation in paid advertisement spots, sponsorship, and affiliate links within blog posts. I do accept sponsorship of attendance to conferences/events. See my Advertise Page for details.
The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. I value honesty and integrity above commercialism and materialism.
I do accept product samples from sponsors. Receipt of a product sample does not guarantee a review. I will only recommend a product to my readers if I personally find it beneficial.
I reserve the right to limit advertising to companies, individuals, and/or products that are relevant to the topics and values represented in my blog. I am especially interested in products that promote natural, sustainable family living (such as cloth diapers, natural health items, etc.), healthy gluten-free foods, or ministry materials (books and other resources). I have a heart for small “handmade” home-based, family-owned types of businesses (especially ones local to my home in the Pacific Northwest). I seek to glorify Christ with my blog, and appreciate sponsors with the same goal.
With the increasing focus on education and ministry with my blog, compensation helps in covering these increased costs (such as in research, technology, and ministry materials). The majority of any further profits are donated to Advent Conspiracy efforts to provide clean water internationally through Living Water International, as well as blessing local women with ministry materials and healing resources (such as Bible study books) as I walk with them in discipleship. I thank my sponsors and their customers for partnering with me in these ministries!
The owner of this blog is not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the blog owner’s. If I claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, I will only endorse products or services that I believe, based on my expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

Always check with your health professional before embarking upon a new healthcare remedy, diet plan, or exercise routine. I encourage you to research and be informed in your decisions.
