We are entering the “busy season” of our business this week, as more of our surrounding travel/tourist destinations are opening up. (Remember the St. Helen’s eruption 32 years ago?) Plus, we’re preparing for the Memorial Day crowd. So, our meals are mostly finger foods, crockpot meals, or something easy we can eat “on the go.”
